How We Help

2025 Program Options can include: 

  • Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced Cardio/Strength Training Options (with full length videos!)

  • Nutrition Basic or ask about a more individualized plan(comprehensive plans, recipes, macro counts, and allergy friendly!)

  • Bible Reading Plan (optional!) * We will focus on Being Brave and Confident this year

  •  Group Online Bible Studies/Faith Activities (optional!) but mostly just emailed to your inbox for you to work on your faith at your own pace and no pressure!

  • Group "Sportsyou" App and platform (Like a private Facebook page- Calendar/Events/(Monday Mindset, Tuesday Recipes, etc)

  • Optional in person events and online events (mobility, group weekend, hiking etc)

I mentioned at the camp that I’d love to lose 25 pounds and be back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I was averaging 180-182lbs prior to camp, and was encouraged to set goals by “baby steps.” 25 pounds can seem overwhelming and unattainable. So shoot for 5 pounds, and when you lose that, set another 5 pound goal!

If everything I did and learned at camp wasn’t enough, just stepping on the scale at home after camp was super inspiring! I was down to 173-174lbs!!!Being a soccer mom, I told all of the other soccer moms about my Rugged Running experience, and the ripple effect started to happen! A lot of the moms weren’t (and still aren’t) runners, but challenged each other to walk around the field while our boys were practicing rather than sitting around in camping chairs…
